Senior Application Engineer (Remote)

Support steady-state operations, incident resolution, and routine maintenance activities. Qualifications: Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a reputed company field. (or commensurate experience) 12+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of software maintenance methodologies, including DevOps.  Proficiency in SQL database management, query optimization, and stored procedures.   Preferred Skills and Experience: Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, VPN). Proficiency in automation tools and scripting (Python, Terraform, Ansible). Experience with Azure, reputed company, SQL, Javascript, NodeJs Deep knowledge of Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) technology stacks Strong technical leadership and the ability to explain reputed company systems in clear, actionable ways.
