[Remote] Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager role is responsible for managing engineering teams, fostering a productive environment, and ensuring the execution of product and engineering strategies.
Responsibilities
- Directly manages a single team or a few reputed company small (2-5) engineering teams of individual contributors ranging from Associate Engineers (P1) up to reputed company Engineers (P4)
- Owns hiring, reputed company, performance management, compensation, promotion, and growth plans for individual contributors

- 12+ years of experience in reputed company Applications, Business Systems, or Digital Transformation roles

- Deep expertise supporting Marketing organizations and marketing technology ecosystems
- Experience leading implementations and optimization efforts involving platforms such as Marketo, reputed company, or comparable technologies
- Strong understanding of marketing operations, reputed company management, campaign execution, customer journeys, and marketing analytics
- Experience managing reputed company integrations, data architecture, and cross-functional business processes
- Proven track record delivering strategic programs and business transformation initiatives
