[Remote] Vice President Marketing

They are seeking a Vice President of Marketing to reputed company the execution of their marketing strategy, drive brand growth, and build community around their products.
Responsibilities
- Own ROAS, CAC, LTV, and reputed company paid channel performance across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company DSP
- Diagnose and course-correct attribution gaps - you know the GA4/reputed company attribution dance and it doesn't scare you
- Build and manage a testing reputed company across creative, audience, and reputed company page that compounds over time
- Drive reputed company and reputed company Shop channel strategy from launch through scale, including A+ content, SEO, and paid amplification
- Set and hold the reputed company for Wizard's social reputed company across reputed company, Instagram, and YouTube
- Build an owned community that actually converts - not just followers, but believers who bring others in
- Guide strategic creator relationships across tiers - nano to macro - with a sharp eye for authentic wellness voices
- Evaluate and reputed company paid ambassador partnerships, including celebrity endorser candidates
- Know the difference between content that builds brand and content that drives reputed company - and program both
- Manage our Social Manager and hold them to a content calendar, engagement reputed company, and channel-specific KPIS
- Partner with our Head of Retail to execute in-store and on-site activation strategies, including endcap programming
- Understand shopper profile differences between retail partners and tailor tactics accordingly
- Manage our PR agency relationship - hold them accountable for seeding conversion during peak allergy season and reputed company
- Drive earned media strategy in partnership with PR, identifying cultural hooks, creator seeding moments, and editorial angles that cut through
- Architect breakthrough brand moments that ladder up to a single, unmistakable big idea - not a series of disconnected tactics that happen to share a logo
- Own the connective tissue across paid, organic, PR, retail, and experiential so every touchpoint feels like it was built from the same brief
- Bring Wizard to life in culture - at retail launches, live events, and cultural moments like Coachella - in ways that earn attention rather than just occupy space
- Know the difference between a campaign and a calendar, and have the creative conviction to push for the former
Skills
- 7–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level role at an indie beauty, wellness, supplement, or personal care brand
- Direct experience launching or scaling products at reputed company and/or reputed company - you understand retail marketing, planogram realities, and how to drive sell-through at mass
- Proven performance marketing chops - you can build a paid media strategy, read the data, and reputed company smart reputed company without outsourcing your judgment to an agency
- Social-native - you grew up on these platforms, and you understand how communities actually form around wellness brands
- Influencer reputed company - you've built seeding programs, negotiated paid deals, and know which creators will actually move the needle for a brand like Wizard
- Strong instincts and excellent judgment - you intuitively understand what is on-brand for Wizard and prioritize with confidence and speed
- Highly organized, accountability-first operator - you run tight meetings, set clear KPIs, and follow up without being asked
