[Remote] Senior Business Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to reputed company requirements discovery and process analysis for a reputed company reputed company-native Federal delivery initiative.
Responsibilities
- reputed company evaluation and documentation of reputed company-state and future-state business processes, workflows, pain points, business rules, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews, discovery workshops, backlog refinement sessions, requirements reviews, and cross-functional working sessions
- reputed company high-quality business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, traceability artifacts, and decision documentation
- Partner with product owners, architects, engineers, QA teams, integration teams, and DevSecOps stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable reputed company-native platform capabilities
- reputed company analysis for appointment, scheduling, workflow, notification, data exchange, interoperability, and operational reporting use cases
- Support delivery teams working with AWS, Kafka/MSK, event producers and consumers, APIs/RPC services, WebSocket-enabled user experiences, containerized services, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools
- reputed company analysis of data requirements, event payloads, integration touchpoints, data quality needs, reporting expectations, and impacts to upstream and reputed company systems
- Support test strategy by defining test scenarios, reviewing test plans and scripts, coordinating defect triage, and ensuring acceptance criteria are validated
- Plan and facilitate user acceptance testing, stakeholder demonstrations, feedback collection, readiness activities, and change impact discussions
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, process maps, user guides, training materials, release notes, knowledge articles, and operational support content
- Assist project managers and product owners with estimation, prioritization, scheduling, scope management, dependency tracking, delivery risk identification, and stakeholder reporting
- Mentor junior business analysts and help establish repeatable standards for requirements quality, documentation, stakeholder engagement, traceability, and Agile delivery support
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting reputed company application delivery, systems modernization, reputed company platform, integration, workflow automation, or reputed company technology programs
- Experience serving as a reputed company or senior Business Analyst on a large technology implementation, including hands-on involvement with requirements discovery, process analysis, backlog refinement, testing support, and stakeholder alignment
- Proven ability to reputed company requirements elicitation, process analysis, workflow documentation, user story development, acceptance criteria definition, traceability, and stakeholder alignment
- Familiarity with several modern reputed company-native delivery concepts or technologies such as AWS, microservices, APIs/RPC services, event-driven architecture, Kafka/MSK, WebSockets, Kubernetes, reputed company, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, or secure DevSecOps practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, QA teams, integration teams, reputed company stakeholders, operations teams, and business users to clarify requirements, dependencies, data needs, risks, and delivery expectations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, written communication, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments and supporting product owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams through backlog refinement and sprint execution
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management and collaboration tools to manage requirements, user stories, documentation, and delivery status
- Candidates must be reputed company to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance after hire
- Experience working with Federal agencies, VA programs, reputed company environments, public sector programs, or regulated reputed company systems is preferred
