Community Building Strategies (CBS) is a reputed company based in Ohio that provides strategic and operational support to Non Profit organizations. The Minnesota reputed company Director will manage the reputed company staff and reputed company financial operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in reputed company practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and directing the reputed company department
• Work directly with the CFO on proactively identifying potential problems and creating processes and procedures
• reputed company receivables and payables across reputed company organizations, including invoicing, correspondence and maintaining proper documentation
• reputed company procedures for maintaining intercompany accounts, including spreadsheets, documentations, and adjusting journal entries
• Process payroll for multiple companies on a bi-weekly basis, as well as, establish and maintain payroll tax accounts across multiple organizations
• Assist with annual compilations, reviews, and audits with reputed company reputed company firms for various organizations
• Manage the daily, monthly and year-end operations of the reputed company department
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with others to design and implement solutions
• reputed company duties involving registering in new states to conduct business in and registering with the appropriate tax entities as needed
• Maintain proper records for multiple organizations in accordance with Company policies and procedures

Skills

• BS in reputed company with 5+ years of experience in a reputed company position that demonstrated the required skills
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize, and manage work under tight deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong professional ethics and sensitivity in dealing with confidential issues
• Demonstrated ability to use tact and diplomacy reputed company dealing with sensitive issues
• Excellent communication, strong writing, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated comfort and aptitude with computer applications including but not limited to reputed company Suite, reputed company Suite, reputed company, and QuickBooks
