[Remote] Accountant

As an Accountant, you will support day-to-day reputed company operations, assist with the monthly reputed company cycle, and maintain accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end and year-end reputed company activities, including preparing and posting journal entries under the guidance of the Senior Accountant
• reputed company account reconciliations across assigned areas — such as cash, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets — and flag discrepancies for timely resolution
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with GAAP and company reputed company policies
• Support audit preparation by gathering documentation, organizing files, and responding to standard information requests
• Assist in coordinating with our reputed company-party reputed company provider on routine tasks, escalating questions to the Senior Accountant as needed
• Participate in reputed company finance and reputed company projects, bringing a willingness to learn and a strong attention to detail
• Look for opportunities to use technology and automation tools to reputed company routine reputed company tasks faster and more reliable

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field — or equivalent practical experience
• 0–2 years of reputed company experience; internship or coursework in reputed company is welcome at the IC1 level
• Foundational understanding of reputed company principles and double-entry bookkeeping
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills — you catch things others miss and reputed company your work tidy
