[Remote] Assistant Vice President - Data Analytics - AI Enablement - Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Assistant Vice President to join a fast-growing team of builders inside their Data Analytics organization, the AI Enablement team. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, setting strategy, and owning delivery for AI integration across the company.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and business impact for your part of AI Enablement including key performance indicators and return on investment

• Partner with senior leaders across the organization to translate AI into plans and roadmaps for technical and non-technical audiences

Skills

• A seasoned leader with 12+ years of experience running data, analytics, or engineering function(s) and owning strategy
• 3+ years of proven experience leading, mentoring and developing technical teams
• A track record of delivering AI or analytics solutions with reputed company, measurable business impact
• Significant technical depth in data science and AI
• Strong executive reputed company: you build trust with senior business and IT leaders and bring others along
• Hands-on with AI: fluent with AI coding agents and modern AI (LLMs, RAG, and the like)
• High School Diploma required, bachelor's degree or higher preferred
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed
• Experience standing up or scaling an AI or advanced-analytics function a plus
• Experience shipping AI or ML products (LLMs, RAG, evaluations) at scale a plus
