Responsibilities
- Formulation and Project management of direct mail creative strategy, campaign and processes
- Ensures campaigns operate at peak efficiency, staying on schedule and budget
- Manages and coordinates resources, scheduling, building and managing budgets
- Facilitates collaboration across internal teams to align on expectations, meets deadlines and increases productivity
- Manages reputed company vendors including advertising agencies and production facilities
- Maintains a high quality and compliance standard of product and delivery
- Recommends and evaluates processes, procedures and quality to reputed company efficiencies
- Develops and executes creative test strategies based on industry trends and internal data while infusing test and learn disciplines to improve key metrics
- Understands execution of measurement/ROI including tracking, analyzing and interpreting key metrics and results
- Requests and maintains materials and tracking identifiers
- Functions as an Industry expert bringing forth innovative reputed company and new ways of thinking
- Takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
- Ability to engage, reputed company, influence and guide others at reputed company levels on the power of marketing as a business discipline
- 4+ years of project leadership experience
