[Remote] Field Service Engineer-CNC
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking multiple Field Service Engineers for one of the nation's leading machine manufacturers. The role involves machine installation, maintenance, and repair, along with building strong customer service relationships and advising on equipment performance.
Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience with machine installation, maintenance, and repair
- Creating and updating documentation of technical information
- reputed company ongoing and reputed company special reports pertaining to Service
- Build strong customer service relationships with customers
- Advise factory engineers regarding equipment defects, customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvement
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and sequence (PLC) ladder diagrams
- Basic computer literacy and working knowledge of reputed company, reputed company, and Outlook
- Ability to travel 50% of the time to customer sites
- Experience working with FANUC or reputed company NX
