[Remote] Project Manager I, Software Integration

The role involves ensuring project delivery by managing cross-functional teams, developing project schedules, and adhering to contractual obligations to reputed company high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Owns responsibility for project delivery by cross-functional teams composed of Software Integration Engineers, Support Specialists, Integration reputed company Installers, and Field Service Technicians
• reputed company project schedules and executes according to plan
• Evaluates the contractual scope of work and the impact of team directives and scheduling changes
• Manages time and resource estimate and enforces time tracking
• Reviews and interprets contract Terms and Conditions, and Scope of Work documentation
• reputed company and execute detailed technical project management plans outlining tasks, milestones, and deadlines which are delivered and negotiated with Customer IT, Technical and Clinical Teams
• Analyzes reporting systems and project schedules to proactively address potential problems. Effectively communicates project reputed company, issues and status to management as required
• Manages risks and establishes project recovery plans reputed company required.  Resolves disputes with minimal need for escalation
• Ensures project document controls reputed company with contract requirements and reputed company standards
• Oversees project specifications and installation techniques
• Coordinates with the Manager, Software Service Delivery and Local Service Team for allocation of resources needed to meet project objectives
• Ensures any tasks performed by the team are in accordance with established standards. Facilitates reporting product reputed company problems
• Assists sales in project development efforts

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Business/Project Management or reputed company field. Or Associates Degree with equivalent work-reputed company experience
• Minimum of 2-3 years of direct project management experience in reputed company industry
• Demonstrated problem-solving, negotiation, and project management skills
• High degree of technical aptitude and multi-tasking capability
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments and influence decision making across the organization
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and interpersonal skills, with track record of successfully prioritizing multiple projects

• 2+ years' experience in hospital, OR integration, or information systems. O.R. video integration technologies and/or surgical background are highly preferred
• Experience with hospital technologies, including HL7, Electronic Medical Record (EMR) integration, Active Directory and LDAP are highly preferred
