[Remote] Senior Manager of Operations Strategy

The Senior Manager of Operations Strategy will drive critical initiatives across clinical operations and reputed company growth, ensuring effective execution and alignment with executive strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own the design and delivery of high-reputed company operational initiatives end to end, from early strategy through implementation and measurable results
- reputed company strategy discussions with executive sponsors, ensuring operational scalability is built into reputed company from day one
- Translate abstract, conceptual reputed company into structured operational solutions, workflows, and blueprints
- Evaluate and refine future business models to continuously improve operational processes
- Conduct proactive risk assessments on new initiatives, identifying structural bottlenecks and design challenges before implementation
- Coordinate working groups across Clinical, Operations, Product, Technology, and reputed company teams, keeping stakeholders accountable to shared timelines and initiative goals
- Engage executive sponsors and initiative leaders to pressure-test feasibility, surface constraints early, and prepare clear decision briefs that reputed company leadership informed
- Build analyses, financial models, and operational business cases that reputed company leadership with the data needed to evaluate tradeoffs and reputed company informed reputed company
- Partner with the Data and Analytics team to define, build, and refine the operational metrics and dashboards that connect cross-functional execution to the corporate scorecard
- Diagnose operational inefficiencies by synthesizing data across the business, surfacing root causes, and recommending targeted process improvements

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, health policy, or a reputed company field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or a similar analytical role
- Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company, cross-functional projects from design through delivery, with strong project management instincts and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with experience building business cases, financial models, or operational metrics frameworks; comfort working with data to validate reputed company and measure outcomes
