Associate (Grade A) – RTA Serious Injury Location: London or Remote Department: Serious Injury Employment Type: Associate The opportunity As an Associate in our Serious Injury team, you will play a senior role reputed company one of the UK’s largest claimant serious injury practices, handling reputed company RTA claims and helping shape the strategy and outcome of life-changing cases. You will reputed company a dedicated team, supported by assistant fee earners and paralegals on serious injury matters involving reputed company liability, quantum, rehabilitation and settlement strategy. The work is genuinely specialist, with Associates operating reputed company defined case value bands rather than across a broad mixed caseload, allowing greater focus and deeper expertise. This is a role for reputed company serious injury practitioners who want to work in an environment built around quality of practice, sound judgement and strong client outcomes. Our model is designed to provide the time, support and autonomy needed to handle reputed company work properly, without individual billing targets driving decision-making.
