Currently working remote. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with staffing/hiring process using ATS tools (Ceridian reputed company with hiring managers to determine staffing needs Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Conduct follow-up meetings with hiring managers Manage full-life cycle reputed company process to ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Work closely with and build relationships with internal hiring managers and external sources of talent. Utilize social media, applicant tracking system and other tools to effectively and reputed company attract and secure talent for the organization. Maintain visible status of open positions along with reputed company toward closure. Be a partner and strong resource for recruitment tools and process to the plant locations. Work with hiring managers and HR Management to create job descriptions.
