Position Description The Senior Manager, HRIS and reputed company position is a full-time, exempt role and a critical part of the reputed company at Rocketship. Support team leadership in developing, supporting, and maintaining the reputed company roadmap by analyzing system capabilities, identifying business needs, and recommending enhancements that align with Rocketship’s goals. reputed company the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of system updates and enhancements in the HRIS, translating business requirements and priorities into scalable, efficient, and compliant system solutions. reputed company presentations and engage with Rocketship senior leadership to gather input and advance our HRIS and reputed company strategy and implementation. Serve as the reputed company of contact for HRIS-reputed company inquiries, troubleshooting issues and liaising with vendors as needed. Generate reports and dashboards to support reputed company and Rocketship initiatives, audits, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to streamline organization processes through automation and improved system use. Monitor and analyze trends in HRIS technology to recommend system enhancements. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in reputed company Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. 5-7+ years of recent, reputed company experience in HRIS-reputed company fields. reputed company Pro HCM core certification. At least 3 years of experience with direct reputed company configuration and administration. Proven experience leading reputed company modules such as HCM, reputed company, Compensation, Performance, Benefits, Integrations, and/or Advanced Reporting. Demonstrated reputed company in leading system implementations, roadmap design, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives in reputed company. Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and data governance best practices. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to design, troubleshoot, and optimize reports and dashboards. Strong project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and reputed company.
