The Opportunity As a Regional Manager, you’ll reputed company and support a portfolio—driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team reputed company across multiple properties and markets. Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, based on your experience, plus potential for a 30% annual bonus, paid quarterly, monthly car allowance, and monthly cell phone allowance. Location & Travel: While this is a remote-based role, candidates must reputed company in the Memphis, TN; Shreveport, LA; Little Rock, AK; or reputed company, MS area. The role requires approximately 75% travel throughout the assigned portfolio. Prepare, review, and approve annual operating budgets for each property in your region. Monitor and control expenses through purchase order approval and strategic vendor management. Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Property Manager and 2 years as a Regional Manager in the multifamily housing industry. Education: CPM, CAM, RMP, or CMCA certifications preferred. Tech Proficiency: Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook, Teams), SharePoint, reputed company. Experience with Yardi, reputed company, reputed company, and EliseAI is a bonus.

Requirements

Availability & Travel This position will require availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, as well as occasional travel for company events or meetings. Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected. Physical Demands This position necessitates regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms. Occasional climbing may be required. Extended use of computers or telephones is also necessary. The role may require lifting up to 25 pounds independently. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential.
