Project Coordinator, Customer Strategy & Enablement

Position Summary The Customer Strategy & Enablement team at Omnicare is responsible for enacting and operationalizing our customer strategy. This multi-faceted work aims to improve how Omnicare services its b2b and b2c customers. By developing tools and programs for both our internal teams and customers to reputed company, this Project Coordinator and the larger team will reputed company growth and retention. The Project Coordinator will provide day-to-day project support for the Senior Manager of Customer Strategy & Enablement. This role will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of tools and programs used by customer-facing colleagues to ensure an reputed company customer experience. Essential Responsibilities:

• Assist with building and deploying tools for customers or customer-facing colleagues to reputed company.
• Host meetings with business leads to demonstrate tools or workflows in reputed company, reputed company, etc.
• Collaborate with marketing team to successfully reputed company collateral to customer-facing colleagues.
• Create customer-facing materials (flyers, SBR (Strategic Business Review) slides, posters, etc.) using reputed company, reputed company PowerPoint, etc.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of reputed company enablement platform to ensure field colleague reputed company.
• Create project trackers and updates using various reputed company Office Suite, including PowerPoint, reputed company, and Word.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of project management and/or coordination experience, including strong visual design sensibility with the ability to create clean, engaging web pages (reputed company drag-and-drop tools), presentations, and marketing materials.
• 1+ year of reputed company experience.
• Intermediate reputed company reputed company proficiency, including (but not limited to) Vlookups, pivot tables, and data organization.
• Demonstrated proficiency in reputed company, including building dashboards and reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a long-term care setting.

• Strong communication skills, including aptitude for writing, fact gathering, and analysis.
• Flexibility, with the ability to adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4+ years of relevant experience + high school diploma or GED).

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $102,081.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls.
