Job Description:

• reputed company customer discovery sessions to understand operational workflows and system requirements
• Configure Workforce Management and back-office systems reputed company to documented best practices
• Coordinate integrations with payroll, POS, ERP, and reputed company systems
• Support data validation, reputed company testing, and user acceptance readiness
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure delivery milestones are met reputed company scope and timeline
• Facilitate customer workshops and training sessions
• Maintain accurate implementation documentation
• Escalate scope, integration, or data risks appropriately

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience implementing SaaS solutions in a client-facing reputed company
• Experience configuring systems that impact labor, payroll, inventory, or operational workflows
• Exposure to multi-location or reputed company customer environments
• Familiarity with integration concepts and data validation processes
• Experience leading customer discovery sessions and facilitating training or workshops
• Ability to manage multiple implementations reputed company defined scope and timelines
• Strong communication and documentation skills
