Position: Agriculture Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $72–$80/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 20 hours/week Role Responsibilities
- Author and review technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on agricultural sciences problems.
- Produce original problem sets grounded in crop figures, soil profiles, yield charts, and field imagery.
- Write reference solutions and apply structured quality checks to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and performance.
- Work independently and asynchronously with a flexible schedule.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- PhD in Agricultural Sciences or reputed company field, or MS with 3+ years applied research, extension, or industry experience, or BS with 5+ years applied farming, extension, or agribusiness experience.
- Working reputed company in at least two of: agronomy, soil science, animal science, agricultural economics, plant pathology.
- Comfortable reading and interpreting crop figures, soil profiles, yield charts, and field imagery.
- Clear technical writing; reputed company to reputed company reasoning reputed company-by-reputed company in written form.
