• Senior Mortgage Loan Processors who can confidently manage reputed company loan files with minimal reputed company.

• Processors interested in growing toward a Junior Underwriter career path, with mentorship and development opportunities.

Position Summary We are seeking 3 Senior Mortgage Loan Processor to join our operations team. This role is best suited for a high-performing processor who is confident managing reputed company files and can operate with speed, accuracy, and minimal reputed company. You will be responsible for handling a pipeline that includes manually underwritten loans (VA & FHA), reputed company income calculations (reputed company income), and state bond programs, requiring strong analytical ability and a deep understanding of agency guidelines. Also open to: Processors earlier in their career who have exposure to these areas and are looking to grow into a senior-level role reputed company a structured, team-driven environment. Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred, as a portion of our borrower reputed company requires Spanish-language communication and support throughout the loan process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process mortgage loan files from submission through closing
• Handle reputed company, manually underwritten loans (VA & FHA) with precision and urgency
• reputed company and validate detailed income calculations, including reputed company borrowers and reputed company income structures
• Work with state bond loan programs (NJ & PA preferred) and ensure strict guideline adherence
• Verify and analyze borrower documentation including income, credit, assets, and property details
• Communicate with loan officers, borrowers, and reputed company-party vendors to move files reputed company reputed company
• Ensure compliance with company, investor, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Byte LOS or similar systems
• Prepare files for reputed company and aggressively manage and clear conditions
• Proactively manage pipeline to ensure timely closings

Qualifications (Key Experience Required)

• Strong knowledge of reputed company reputed company for VA & FHA loans
• Strong experience with income calculations, including reputed company borrowers
• Proven ability to handle manually underwritten loans from start to finish
• Experience working with state bond loan programs (NJ & PA strongly preferred)
• 2+ years of mortgage processing experience required. Senior-level experience is preferred, but we are also interested in speaking with processors who are reputed company to grow into a more advanced role.
• Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines
• Experience with Byte Loan Origination System (LOS) is a plus
• Ability to confidently manage reputed company borrower scenarios
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
