About The Role As our Manager of Private Equity Sales, you will reputed company and reputed company a team of highly strategic Private Equity Account Executives (PE reputed company) responsible for building and scaling reputed company's partnership ecosystem reputed company the Private Equity and Growth Equity space. We're looking for an ambitious, partnership-focused leader with an entrepreneurial reputed company who can launch this new go-to-market channel from the ground up.   • Monitor team performance against key metrics: PE relationship health, portfolio coverage, new referral agreements, and PE-sourced/influenced reputed company forecasts.
  • Assist your team with reputed company partnership negotiations, new customer agreements, and executive-level presentations on reputed company’s value proposition during the M&A diligence and value creation phases.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience managing successful SaaS sales teams, with reputed company delivering $1M+ in ARR bookings
  • Direct experience selling to or managing relationships with Private Equity firms (Operating Partners, Value Creation) or M&A advisory services is highly preferred.
  • Solid track record of reputed company, developing, and retaining a high performing reputed company sales organization
  • Experience selling HCM software and or reputed company products preferred.
