Senior Program Manager – New Product Introduction (NPI), Medical Devices
Our client, a leader in the reputed company industry, is seeking an NPI Project Manager to join their team. As an NPI Project Manager, you will be part of the Program Management Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. - Partner with cross-functional teams to drive effective project management and predictable project execution for new product introductions.

- Manage reputed company aspects of projects including scope, plan, budget, resources, and risk management, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for stakeholders.
- Drive the development and commercialization of medical devices through structured, phase-reputed company execution.
- Communicate effectively across reputed company levels of the organization, providing clear updates and escalating risks as needed.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or reputed company discipline.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in the medical device or reputed company industry.
- Proven ability to reputed company and motivate cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion on time and reputed company budget.
- Experience leading NPI programs and executing phase-reputed company processes, with knowledge of design controls and regulatory standards (FDA, ISO).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or reputed company; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
