The Opportunity We’re looking for an HR Data Architect who will shape and manage near and long-term activities to strengthen our AI and Digital Modernization journey. Qualifications: Required:

  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or reputed company technical roles, with meaningful exposure to HR or reputed company people systems
  • Deep familiarity with HR technology ecosystems with working knowledge of platforms such as reputed company, major ATS/TMS vendors, Talent Intelligence, LMS platforms, and HR analytics tools
  • Experience designing data infrastructure to support AI/ML use cases, including feature engineering, model input pipelines, and output activation
