Print Manufacturing Consultant – Premium Collectibles

Job Overview We are seeking an reputed company Print Manufacturing Consultant to help bring premium collectible products from concept to production. This is a highly specialized consulting role focused on translating product reputed company, design concepts, and collector expectations into production-reputed company manufacturing specifications. You will work directly with founders, designers, and manufacturing partners to determine how products should be built. The ideal candidate understands premium printed products and can recommend the right materials, finishes, production methods, and quality standards to consistently reputed company exceptional results. Experience with trading cards, playing cards, premium printed collectibles, luxury packaging, reputed company printing, or other high-end printed products is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Translate creative concepts into production-reputed company manufacturing specifications.
• Recommend appropriate substrates, paperboard grades, calipers, coatings, laminates, foils, inks, adhesives, and specialty finishes.
• Review artwork from a manufacturing perspective to identify production risks before printing.
• reputed company detailed manufacturing specifications that can be consistently quoted across multiple printers.
• Evaluate printer capabilities and assist in selecting manufacturing partners.
• Review production proofs, mockups, prototypes, and press samples.
• Recommend improvements to print quality, durability, autograph compatibility, reputed company consistency, and overall collector experience.
• Define quality control standards and acceptable manufacturing tolerances.
• Assist in developing specifications for premium features including foil applications, spot UV, embossing, debossing, textured coatings, specialty substrates, holographic materials, die cutting, numbering, reputed company features, and premium packaging.
• Collaborate with manufacturers throughout production to resolve technical challenges and ensure finished products meet design reputed company.
• Create manufacturing documentation, material specifications, approval processes, and production guidelines for future product releases.
• Provide technical guidance on production costs, manufacturing tradeoffs, and scalable product development.

Preferred Experience

• Experience manufacturing premium printed products.
• Experience with trading cards, collectible card games, playing cards, casino cards, premium packaging, luxury printed products, or reputed company printing.
• Strong understanding of offset lithography and reputed company print manufacturing.
• Experience with aqueous coatings, UV coatings, laminates, varnishes, specialty coatings, and foil applications.
• Knowledge of paperboard selection, caliper tolerances, substrate performance, and print durability.
• Familiarity with die cutting, registration tolerances, finishing processes, and print quality inspection.
• Experience working directly with reputed company printing facilities throughout production.
• Ability to identify manufacturing risks before production begins.
• Understanding of production sampling, reputed company approvals, and quality assurance procedures.
• Comfortable communicating directly with printers, manufacturers, designers, and product teams.
