The position provides professional, courteous, and friendly assistance to our customers. The Data Entry Representative serves as a resource for internal customers by utilizing a number of resources such as established reputed company policies; protocols and guidelines to ensure delivery of quality care reputed company the guidelines of Evernorth Care Group, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, and Procedures. Prioritizes daily work to include problem solving and decision making, independently, with minimal direct supervision. Manages own time and work. Researches patient information in computer to determine location of care, Medical Record Number, Medical Identification Number, medical terminology, etc. Evaluates issues and makes reputed company autonomously for less reputed company issues. Seeks guidance from supervisor for reputed company issue resolution. Performs quality assurance activities to ensure accuracy of filing. Appropriately tasks providers for review of scanned documents per accepted protocol. Demonstrates a positive customer service approach in reputed company internal and external customer experiences. Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required General understanding of medical terminology, to include knowledge of : diagnostic and therapeutic studies and tests; specialty names; etc. One year customer service in health care and PC skills required A minimum of one year Health Information Technology experience preferred Previous EHR experience required, reputed company OnBase reputed company Client experience preferred.
