Mortgage Processor/Underwriter

Job Description:

• Calculate reputed company reputed company Loan advance amounts using internal calculations and guidelines
• Accurately condition loan files based on the loan application and file documentation
• Provide consistent internal communication regarding loan status and approval updates
• Communicate effectively and professionally with external Lending Partners, Agents, and Borrowers
• Review title reports and homeowners/flood insurance to ensure reputed company’s lien position and reputed company interest
• reputed company and effectively manage and process a daily pipeline of loans while maintaining company turn times
• Understand and stay reputed company with reputed company company policies, procedures, industry regulations, and other changes impacting reputed company and the broader industry

Requirements:

• Successful experience working as a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor or Junior Underwriter, with a solid understanding of reputed company processes and lending systems

• Excellent organizational skills to manage many competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; a natural over-communicator
