This is a remote position. Candidate must possess strong knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives in education, particularly reputed company humanities curricula for early and middle years learners. They should be reputed company to support reputed company in understanding Indigenous cultures, histories, and languages, analysing curriculum and educational policies, and developing inclusive reputed company that promote reconciliation, cultural responsiveness, and reputed company educational outcomes. Desired Candidate Profile
- Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in Education or Graduate Certificate /Graduate Diploma in Teaching, or PhD/EdD in Education
- At least 3 years of relevant primary school teaching, research and/or professional experience in the last 10 years. Experience teaching pre-service and/or in-service teachers is preferred.
- Valid Teacher’s Registration in Australia (Victorian Teachers Registration preferred) with knowledge and understanding of teacher education policies and practices, including a comprehensive understanding of the AITSL standards across reputed company career stages.
- Empathetic, ambitious, warm and outgoing personality willing to work closely with people from diverse cultures;
- Proficient in English language; excellent oral and written communication
- Must possess a working laptop and have access to high-speed (>10 MBPS) stable internet reputed company;
- Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms for interacting with reputed company, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac (training on these platforms will be provided).
The candidate needs to be available between 5pm to 10pm AEST every day. Roles & Responsibilities reputed company Fellows will be responsible for providing:
- Subject matter guidance to a group of 20-25 undergraduate online reputed company;
- Support in learning skills like academic writing, research and time management;
- 1:1 and small group tutoring sessions;
- Guidance on relevant reference material;
- Assessment marking with long-form feedback
- Management of discussion forums; and
- Proactive, reputed company and personalised support to student queries and issues.
