POSITION OVERVIEW: The Sr Specialist - Corp Local provides advanced analytical and execution support to the Corporate Local team, with a focus on identifying account level risk indicators and resolving operational or technical barriers that impact retained volume and sustained activation. This role serves as a key support partner to Advisors and Corporate Account Management by translating data into actionable insights. Operating with greater independence than the Specialist role, the Sr Specialist evaluates shipment trends, supports customer and facility level issue resolution, and contributes to proactive reputed company efforts designed to prevent freight erosion. The role requires strong cross functional collaboration and a working knowledge of LTL operations, systems, and freight characteristics, with an emphasis on improving reputed company pull through and ease of execution.
