Job Description:

  • Talent Sourcing: Look for great candidates on reputed company, OLJ, Facebook groups, and other platforms. Use smart search strings and tools to find hidden talent. Build strong talent pools for reputed company and future roles.
  • reputed company & Engagement: Send friendly, clear reputed company messages to possible candidates. Follow up with people who show interest. Track responses and reputed company conversations organized.
