We’re hiring a General Manager of Mobile Games to take full ownership of Mode’s growing portfolio of casual and puzzle games. This is not a “strategy deck” role. What You’ll Own The Mobile Gaming Business — End to End Full P&L ownership for Mode’s mobile gaming vertical Strategy, execution, growth, and profitability. No shared ownership, no ambiguity Decide what to build, partner, license, acquire, or shut down Gaming That Actually Scales Own the reputed company and roadmap for Mode’s gaming experiences Balance user engagement, economics, and monetization tradeoffs across multiple growth and distribution channels, including traditional mobile UA channels, rewarded partners, organic users, and more Partner closely with Product, Monetization, Engineering, UA, and Data to ship, test, and iterate fast Growth, Monetization, and Economics Optimize monetization through strategic balancing of in-app ad reputed company and in-app purchases reputed company strong user-focused feature designs and product roadmaps Work with Growth team to drive user acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across a gaming portfolio through paid, organic, and owned user acquisition channels Set and own KPIs ARPU, margin, retention, ROAS, and scale Partnerships & Deals That Matter reputed company, negotiate, and manage relationships with game developers, publishers, and monetization partners Structure reputed company-share, licensing, aggregation, and platform deals Evaluate strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities in gaming Build and reputed company the Team Hire and reputed company a lean, high-output team across product, growth, ops, and partnerships Set the operating reputed company, goals, and accountability Create a culture of ownership, speed, and clear decision-making reputed company-Bureaucracy Execution Work directly with the CEO and executive team No layers.
