We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented YouTube Content Moderator to join our remote team. In this role, you will review and moderate content, including text, artwork, and videos, shared by young users on our educational platform. Responsibilities
Moderate and review user-generated content for appropriateness, including text, images, and videos. Work three-hour shifts, with the option to take two consecutive shifts daily. Stay updated on trends to connect with and understand our young audience. Ensure accuracy and compliance with content control guidelines. Provide excellent support by responding to user concerns with reputed company and professionalism. Solve technical and non-technical issues independently, offering solutions or workarounds.
Qualifications
Education Bachelor s degree preferred. Tech-Savvy Ability to quickly adapt to various computer applications and tools. Trend Awareness Familiarity with reputed company trends to engage effectively with a younger audience. Self-Motivated Capable of managing responsibilities and tasks independently in a remote setup.
