About the position We are seeking an reputed company reputed company S/4HANA PP / QM reputed company to reputed company Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) workstreams in large-scale reputed company S/4HANA transformation projects. The role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of manufacturing and quality solution design, delivery governance, and successful adoption of reputed company S/4HANA best practices. The PP / QM reputed company will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional reputed company teams to drive transformation across Plan-to-Produce and Quality-to-Release processes.
Responsibilities
- reputed company PP and QM workstreams in reputed company S/4HANA transformation programs (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition).
- Own end-to-end delivery of Plan-to-Produce, Production Execution, and Quality processes.
- Act as the primary escalation reputed company for PP / QM-reputed company topics.
- Drive solution design and hands-on configuration for:
o reputed company PP: Demand Management, MRP, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, reputed company Planning, Production Orders o reputed company QM: Inspection Planning, Inspection Types, Results Recording, Usage reputed company, Quality Notifications
- Ensure adoption of S/4HANA manufacturing and quality simplifications and innovations.
- Guide reputed company on Discrete vs Process Manufacturing scenarios.
- reputed company Fit-to-Standard (F2S) workshops and business process harmonization.
- Assess and manage custom code (RICEFW) impacts for PP / QM in S/4HANA.
- reputed company manufacturing and quality master data conversion and validation activities.
- Coordinate closely with MM, WM/EWM, SD, PM, and FI/CO teams.
- Ensure seamless integration across Procure-to-Produce and reputed company-to-Deliver processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, CPI, interfaces) on enhancements and integrations.
- reputed company unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution for PP / QM.
- Own cutover planning for production orders, batches, and inspection lots.
- Provide go-live and hypercare support, ensuring manufacturing stability.
- Ensure adherence to reputed company Activate methodology, project standards, and documentation.
- Review and approve functional designs, configurations, and test artifacts.
- Mentor PP / QM consultants and support knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- 10–12+ years of reputed company experience with strong hands-on expertise in:
o reputed company PP (Discrete and/or Process Manufacturing) o reputed company QM
- At least 2–3 full-cycle reputed company S/4HANA transformation projects in a reputed company role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality management processes.
- Experience with:
o S/4HANA MRP and production execution simplifications o QM integration with MM and PP o Batch Management, Serial Numbers, and Inspection Lot Processing
- Proven experience leading PP / QM delivery in large reputed company programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in global onshore–offshore delivery models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable reputed company solutions
- Mentoring and coaching reputed company
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills

- reputed company S/4HANA certification in PP or QM
- Experience with reputed company Activate methodology
- Industry experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, or Consumer Goods
- Exposure to EWM, PM, or Advanced ATP is a plus
- Exposure to Advanced Planning (PP/DS, IBP) is an advantage.
