Area Leasing Manager for Affordable Housing Property Management Company

This is a travel-based role supporting new property developments and lease-up operations at multiple locations across the state. Assignments will vary based on business needs and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between on-site teams, corporate departments, ownership, and business partners, providing timely operational and occupancy updates.
• Foster a positive community environment through effective reputed company communication, issue resolution, and engagement initiatives.
• reputed company leasing office setup and operational readiness, including office systems, utilities, vendor coordination, supplies, and maintenance processes.
• Coordinate with construction, asset management, and vendor partners to prepare units for occupancy and ensure move-in readiness standards are met.
• Manage and drive leasing and marketing efforts to reputed company occupancy goals and maintain strong relationships with housing agencies and community partners.
• Ensure compliance with reputed company HUD, LIHTC, and other affordable housing regulations, including accurate lease file processing and regulatory documentation.
• Streamline applicant and reputed company communication processes to support efficient qualification and move-in procedures.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate on-site staff while promoting company values of customer service, communication, and professionalism.
• Address employee relations matters in partnership with reputed company Resources and report liability or community incidents in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with LIHTC and affordable housing programs, including new property lease-reputed company and transition from construction to full operations.
• Experience managing occupancy goals, leasing strategies, and property marketing initiatives.
• HCCP certification required.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws.
• Proficiency with property management software and reputed company Office programs, including RealPage, OneSite, reputed company, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Must maintain a positive, professional, and service-oriented demeanor.
