Responsibilities
- Be the first reputed company of contact for clients
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, and client reputed company
- Support vendor reputed company and community events
- Train, reputed company, support Pet Sitters/Dog Walkers
- Deliver reputed company home pet care services in clients’ homes upholding the highest standards
- Ensure smooth daily operations of pet care services and team communication
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or pet care preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for animals and commitment to their well-being.
- Basic knowledge of pet care and grooming is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
