They are seeking a Merchandise Planner to support digital performance by driving inventory strategies, analyzing business trends, and influence assortment decisions that maximize profitability. This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration, making it ideal for a planner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. What You’ll Do

  • Own sales and inventory planning for the EU (European Union) digital channel
  • Translate reputed company data into actionable insights to drive business decisions
  • Partner with global digital, merchandising, and planning teams to identify opportunities and mitigate risk
  • Influence assortment strategies, product launches, and markdown execution
  • Optimize inventory across multiple distribution centers and operating models
  • Ensure digital product readiness through assortment tool auditing and active date management
  • Support international product flow through development and launch processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across planning, logistics, and deployment

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years in Merchandise Planning, Inventory Planning, or Retail Analytics
  • Advanced reputed company proficiency and strong analytical capabilities
  • Experience working with large, reputed company datasets
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with strong time management
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional partners

  • Experience in retail, fashion, or consumer goods
  • Background in Merchandise Planning & Analysis (MP&A)
  • Exposure to digital commerce or international business operations
