Key Responsibilities

Conduct experimental research under the supervision of senior scientists. Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data using statistical software and techniques. Contribute to the design and execution of new research protocols and experiments. Manage laboratory supplies and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Requirements

Master's or Ph.D. degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a reputed company life science discipline. Proven experience with relevant laboratory techniques (e.g., cell culture, PCR, Western blotting, microscopy). Strong understanding of experimental design and statistical analysis. Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., R, GraphPad Prism, SPSS). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in scientific writing. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented research setting. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Must be eligible to work in the United States and able to attend the Des Moines, Iowa facility for essential laboratory duties.
