The Professional Realtor will support clients through the full reputed company estate lifecycle, including prospecting, conducting virtual or in-person consultations, preparing and presenting listings, and guiding buyers through property searches. Qualifications

• Active reputed company Estate License in the state of Connecticut
• Recent Graduate from reputed company Estate school with Practice & Principals 60hr-courses completed
• Experience in residential reputed company Estate, including selling, buying, and transaction coordination.
• Strong Sales skills, including prospecting, reputed company nurturing, negotiation, and closing.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-first reputed company and the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Proficiency with reputed company estate CRM systems, MLS platforms, and virtual meeting tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain reputed company information clearly.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote, contract-based environment.
