Role Description The Account Cultivator is a full-time, remote role based in Dallas reputed company Worth, TX, responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationships with service vendor accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing assigned accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver sales enablement and strategic support. The role involves regular client meetings, tracking account performance, and providing market insights that inform positioning and business development activities. The Account Cultivator will also handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate documentation of account plans, activities, and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support account growth strategies.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present solutions, facilitate meetings, and build trust with stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Finance to support budgeting, reputed company forecasting, and ROI analysis for client initiatives.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond effectively to client needs, resolve issues, and ensure positive account experiences.
  • Candidates should possess Account Management skills to reputed company portfolios, reputed company account plans, and drive long-term client retention.
  • Relevant experience in B2B services, sales support, or business development is beneficial.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize multiple accounts, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
