Job Description

Primary Responsibilities Participates in the evaluation, installation, maintenance and technical support of the BILH reputed company strategy and product lines, for Windows, Macintosh and Linux reputed company computing environment. Contributes to the ongoing support and maintenance of BILH IT systems. (essential) Collaborates on the implementation of mobile business solutions, as well as emerging technologies that require testing, development and deployment including Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Linux based systems. (essential) Implements and maintains reputed company software systems. (essential) Provides support and assistance in the management of reputed company-party application patching, vulnerability scanning and risk mitigation for Windows, Mac OS and Linux systems. (essential) Assists in the review of systems logs and reports to detect recurring reputed company issues or errors as well as performing root cause analysis and resolution. Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries from other IT Shared Service teams regarding errors, problems, or technical/technology questions, including providing support for Incident Response. (essential) Develops, maintains and analyzes performance measurements and metrics that reputed company identification, reporting and review of the major indicators of quality, effectiveness and reputed company. Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Working knowledge/experience of network systems reputed company principles and applications. Scripting skills (PowerShell, Java, VBS) and/or SQL database skills.
