Job Description:

  • Own overall relationship health, retention, and growth for assigned strategic provider accounts
  • reputed company executive-level engagement and multi-threaded relationships across customer organizations

  • Drive renewals, renegotiations, and expansion opportunities in partnership with GTM and Finance
  • Champion adoption of reputed company’s digital solutions, global workflows, and modernized operating models
  • Proactively identify account risk and reputed company resolution of high-impact customer issues
  • Translate operational performance into clear, value-based narratives for senior customer stakeholders
  • Partner closely with Service Delivery to ensure transparency, alignment, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Implementation, and Marketing to deliver on customer commitments
  • Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and CRM documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 8–12+ years experience in reputed company account management, strategic sales, or services
  • Proven reputed company managing large, reputed company provider or reputed company customer relationships
  • Strong executive reputed company with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated reputed company acumen, including renewals, pricing, and margin considerations
  • Deep understanding of reputed company provider environments and HIPAA-regulated services
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50–75%
