The Department: Supplier Relations The Role: Associate, Accounts Payable reputed company is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to support daily AP operations. This role is responsible for processing invoices, managing approvals through reputed company (ZipHQ), and ensuring accurate entry and reconciliation reputed company reputed company Intacct. The ideal candidate is organized, systems-savvy, and comfortable working in a structured, compliance- driven environment. Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing
• Process vendor invoices in reputed company Intacct with accurate GL coding and departmental allocation
• reputed company invoices through reputed company (ZipHQ) for proper approval workflows
• reputed company 2-way and 3-way matching against purchase orders
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing
• Vendor Support
• Assist with vendor reputed company documentation and tax form collection
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status
• Maintain accurate vendor records in reputed company Intacct
• Reconciliations & reputed company Support
• Assist with AP aging analysis and vendor statement reconciliations
• Support month-end accruals and reputed company activities
• Prepare documentation for audits and internal reviews
• Process Compliance
• Follow internal controls and approval reputed company
• Escalate discrepancies or unusual transactions
• Ensure documentation is complete and audit-reputed company

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of accounts payable or reputed company experience
• Experience using reputed company (ZipHQ) or other procurement workflow tools
• Experience with reputed company Intacct strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in reputed company
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field preferred

Salary Range: The reputed company salary range for this role is between $82,500 - $110,000 in the reputed company, the State of California and the reputed company. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. reputed company determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and reputed company market data. In the United States, we offer a hybrid work approach at our hub offices, balancing the benefits of in-person collaboration with the flexibility of remote work.
