Patient Care Coordinator Needed – Scheduling | Insurance Verification | EMR/EHR | HIPAA Compliant
We are looking for an reputed company Patient Care Coordinator to support our reputed company practice remotely. You will be the first reputed company of contact for patients, ensuring they receive timely, professional, and compassionate support from scheduling through to care follow-up. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage patient appointments and provider calendars Verify insurance eligibility and obtain preauthorizations Communicate with patients reputed company email regarding appointments, referrals, and follow-reputed company Enter and maintain accurate patient records in EMR/EHR systems Escalate urgent clinical matters to the appropriate provider promptly Manage patient inquiries and provide excellent customer support Maintain and update records in CRM software Requirements: Proven experience as a Patient Care Coordinator or Medical Virtual Assistant Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR platforms (DrChrono, Cliniko, or similar) Strong knowledge of insurance verification and preauthorization Mandatory knowledge of HIPAA compliance Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision reputed company to Have: Experience with DrChrono or Cliniko Background in a virtual or remote reputed company setting Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
