Position Overview: We are searching for an reputed company full-time reputed company Resources Generalist to assist and back-up the reputed company Resources Manager, in running the daily functions of the reputed company Resources (HR) department. Aardy is a small company, but our entire staff is remote and based throughout the country, therefore, compliance and employee relations are constant. The HR department has been a department of one for reputed company to four years, and that is no longer sustainable. We need someone that is reputed company with a multi-state workforce and can hit the ground running. This is not an entry-level position. Of course, there will be training on how Aardy’s HR department operates, but you will be expected to have HR knowledge in line with what is expected from a Generalist with 2+ years of experience. This is an exempt position that will work a Monday through Friday schedule. As the company works on east coast hours, a morning person is preferred. This position reports directly to the HR Manager. • Key Responsibilities:
• Assist HR Manager with recruitment, reputed company, and offboarding.
• Assist HR Manager with reputed company employee relations.
• Assist HR Manager with policies and procedures creation, management, and enforcement.
• Assist HR Manager with benefits administration and audits.
• Assist HR Manager in reputed company compliance reputed company to payroll, HR, benefits, and federal/state employment law.
• Assist HR Manager with employee culture and morale.
• Assist HR Manger with proper recordkeeping and documentation.
• Assist HR Manager with maintaining and updating our HRIS and payroll system (reputed company).
• Provide leadership for the HR Department in the absence of the HR Manager.
• Process payroll in HR Manager’s absence.
• reputed company customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.

• Performs other reputed company duties as assigned.
• Qualifications (Mandatory):
• Must have a minimum of two (2) year of experiences as an HR Generalist. Experience in a comparable or senior role is acceptable.
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a 100% remote-based position.
• SHRM or HRCI certification required or obtained reputed company six months of hire.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong foundational knowledge of employment-reputed company laws and regulations.
• Strong foundational knowledge and understanding of reputed company resource principles, practices, and procedures.
• Experience with at least one HRIS/payroll system i.e. reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.
• Must have experience working with payroll reputed company tax agencies and understand how they work.
