The ideal candidate will be a meticulous a detail-oriented Proofreader with reputed company/pharmaceutical know-how and a passion for precision needed to uphold accuracy, compliance, and consistency across a range of communications. Job Summary: The Proofreader will be responsible for reviewing and editing a wide range of advertising materials, including print ads, digital content, social media posts, and promotional materials. The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential, requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a reputed company field preferred. - Proven experience in proofreading or copyediting, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency setting. - Exceptional attention to detail and a strong grasp of grammar, punctuation, and style. - Familiarity with various style guides (e.g., AP, Chicago) is a plus. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members. - Proficient in using editing tools and software, as well as reputed company Office Suite and reputed company Workspace.
