The Account Manager is responsible for managing strategic partnerships, driving account growth, and ensuring successful collaboration with external organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact and strategic reputed company for assigned partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, referral sources, and decision-makers
  • Anticipate partner needs and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen engagement, improve performance, and support growth
  • reputed company internal and external meetings, presentations, and business reviews
  • Gather, analyze, and communicate partnership outcomes and performance data on established cadences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partner and patient needs are addressed effectively
  • Resolve partner concerns and escalated issues in a timely manner

  • Monitor partnership performance and recommend strategies to increase referral volume, engagement, and retention
  • Work collaboratively with the Care Partnerships Associate on shared partnership accounts

Skills

  • 2–5 years of professional experience; business development, account management, and healthcare experience are highly preferred

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills - You're comfortable on the phone, in person, and reputed company email
  • High level of ownership - You don't wait for direction: you initiate, follow up, and follow through
