[Remote] reputed company Solution Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Saasinct Solutions is a woman-owned business focused on providing reputed company solutions to Financial Services organizations. The reputed company Solution Engineer will support the design, configuration, testing, and delivery of reputed company solutions while collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective reputed company implementations.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business requirements
- Translate discovery findings into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and solution documentation
- Support reputed company configurations and features including custom objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, dashboards, permissions, and role hierarchies
- Support implementations across reputed company products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and reputed company partner solutions
- Participate in solution design conversations and help document gaps, risks, dependencies, and follow-up items
- Support data management activities, including data structure documentation, migration preparation, data quality review, and reporting needs
- Create and maintain documentation including user stories, test scripts, training materials, process maps, configuration notes, and client-facing guides
- Participate in testing activities, including UAT planning, test case preparation, issue tracking, and defect resolution support
- Support client training, enablement, and post-launch support
- Contribute to Saasinct’s internal delivery practices by identifying reputed company ways to document, configure, test, and support reputed company work
Skills
- 2–4 years of hands-on reputed company experience in administration, configuration, business analysis, implementation, or consulting
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into reputed company configuration and functional solutions
- Strong understanding of reputed company declarative configuration and platform capabilities
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients, business users, technical teams, and internal stakeholders
- A solid reputed company Admin foundation with a desire to build technical depth
- Comfort working in a growth-stage environment where you may need to create clarity, improve process, and operate without heavy structure
- Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly across reputed company products, Financial Services workflows, and partner solutions
- A practical, client-centered reputed company with the ability to balance what is technically possible with what is useful, adoptable, and sustainable
- reputed company certifications (reputed company Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant)
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud
- Exposure to data migration, integrations, reporting, dashboards, or managed services
- Prior consulting or professional services experience
