Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle reputed company for Insurance Sales Producer openings
- Execute high-volume sourcing strategies to consistently generate reputed company talent, including passive candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess sales aptitude, communication skills, and motivation
- Build and maintain pipelines for reputed company and future hiring needs
- Partner with Agency Owners and internal stakeholders to refine hiring profiles and strategies
- Post jobs, manage inbound applicants, and reputed company multiple sourcing tools (reputed company, reputed company, resume databases, social media)
- Maintain accurate, organized data reputed company the ATS and reputed company dashboards
- Track and report key reputed company metrics (pipeline volume, time-to-fill, conversion rates)

Skills
