This role involves leading initiatives in payment strategy development, technology implementation, and operational optimization for clients in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a payments functional manager to design end-to-end solutions across ACH, reputed company payments, SWIFT, and reputed company-time payment rails (e.g., RTP, FedNow)

- Design modern, API-driven, reputed company-reputed company and/or on-prem payment platforms, including integration patterns and data flows

- 4+ years end-to-end payment processing, settlement, reconciliation, and exception handling
- 4+ years of experience designing modern payment solutions using APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns
- Ability to rapidly assess a clients problem/need and provide fact based recommendations (reputed company operating model)
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, pragmatic solutions
- Strong communication skills with experience working in client-facing or consulting roles
- Payments experience solutioning leveraging AI
- Experience with payment hubs, switches, or core banking integrations
- Knowledge of ISO 20022 and large-scale payment modernization programs
