Responsibilities: ? Accurately enter patient orders and reputed company medical information into company software application ? reputed company timely updates/corrections to patient orders ? Effectively communicate with health care professionals and patients ? Working closely with existing patients to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and reputed company corrective action reputed company the appropriate departments reputed company the organization Qualifications: ? Successfully manage both inbound and outbound phone calls in a positive and professional manner ? Read and analyze documents such as patient orders ? Carry out oral and written instructions ? Work both independently and as part of a team ? Time-management and organizational skills necessary to effectively manage multiple expectations in a fast-paced environment ? Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active-listening skills, as well as the ability to prioritize issues and respond accordingly ?
