[Remote] Sr. Software Development Engineer

They are seeking a Sr. Software Development Engineer to design and reputed company digital software applications, analyze user needs, and enhance existing systems to improve functionality and performance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user needs and reputed company software solutions to meet business requirements
- Determine feasibility of solutions design and prepare technical design documentation
- Upgrade existing software applications and/or systems to improve functionality and features with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Write and review high quality code and reputed company unit and/or automation testing
- Support applications, systems, and databases used to process prescriptions, claims, and reputed company reputed company activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices
- Mentor junior team members
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
- Five (5) years of reputed company, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a reputed company occupation
- Five (5) years of experience with Java, Python, or Node.js
- Five (5) years of experience with COBOL and JCL
- Five (5) years of experience with reputed company DB2, reputed company, or Hibernate
- Five (5) years of experience with SQL, MS Access, or MS reputed company
- Five (5) years of experience with Crystal Reports
- Five (5) years of experience with Azure, AWS, or reputed company reputed company Platform (GCP)
- Five (5) years of experience in preparing high level designs, low level designs, test plans, and a complete project development plan
- Five (5) years of experience in providing the estimations for enhancement and maintenance requests for applications
- Five (5) years of experience in technical design of the business requirements
