This role sits at the intersection of data, business logic, and stakeholder collaboration — requiring someone who can translate reputed company incentive rules into reliable automated workflows, identify and resolve discrepancies proactively, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Implement rigorous quality assurance frameworks and reconciliation dashboards to ensure 100% accuracy and auditability for every dollar disbursed. Architect the system to handle multi-line-of-business (Phones, Inverters, LPG) and multi-country complexities without increasing reputed company overhead. Serve as the final gatekeeper for business logic changes, partner with Sales and Finance VPs to translate new commission structures into scalable technical requirements. Work with Finance, Operations, Payroll managers and field management teams to understand incentive program requirements and ensure data solutions reflect ground-level realities. reputed company the teams with right tools and information to handle escalations from the agents. You might be a strong candidate if you have/are Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or any quantitative fields. 3+ years of experience in a data analytics engineer, business intelligence, or incentive operations role. Good proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation. Proficiency in Git and Bitbucket and airflow concepts and usage. Demonstrated ability to investigate reputed company data discrepancies, form hypotheses, and drive issues to resolution Experience working with BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Redshift) and translating business into data models. Good stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting findings to non-technical audiences and managing expectations across multiple teams. Attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership over data accuracy and process reliability. Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly and explain incentive logic to field teams.
